What is it?

  • Vendor partners have an opportunity to educate ASCs on hot topics they need to know about
  • Highlight your company as a partner in the industry by providing educational resources

How to sign up?

  • Confirm annual sponsorship or purchase each opportunity!
  • Start thinking about what educational content your company can present.

  • How are you invoking thought?
  • How can you become a trusted resource?
  • Case examples instill confidence in your message
  • Deliver what was advertised to ensure credibility

What can you expect?

  • An efficient presentation from 2:00 to 2:30 CST
  • TASCS Staff will introduce your speaker before you begin
  • Q&A Can be taken during the presentation or at the end, whichever you prefer
  • 15-40 ASC representatives from different parts of the state will join the call and typically be off camera
  • Slides to be presented by speaker or TASCS

How to prepare:

  • 2 weeks before: Send the TASCS staff your subject content with bullet points for marketing purposes. If you have a title already, please provide. If not, any recap of information will be helpful in properly marketing your presentation.
  • Day of: Log in 10 -15 minutes early to work through any technical needs
  • Send your power point ahead of time to the TASCS Staff

Wrapping Up:

  • Each attendee receives a copy of the power point, a survey, and your contact information
  • A copy of the recording will be placed on the TASCS website for members only, per your approval, as a permanent resource
  • TASCS staff blog writer will produce a recap of the event for permanence on the TASCS Blog
