Description of Services MedCurate is a staffing marketplace/platform connecting healthcare providers (like nurses, techs, etc) and healthcare organizations (like surgery centers) looking to fill extra shifts for half the cost of traditional "agencies". Think of us as Uber for healthcare staffing. If your surgery center is ramping, has seasonal volumes fluctuations or FMLA, we are a partner to fill in the gaps. Your organization posts your needs on our app/site (available on Apple, Android or web-based), whether it be 1 shift or a block of shifts, we have you covered and your opportunity will be directly visible to healthcare providers that are competent, licensed and credentialed to see your shift(s). You choose the rate you pay them (which is visible to all parties), and MedCurate pays the healthcare provider within 72 hours of shift completion...that's right, we provide "transfarency". You only pay a service fee to MedCurate for any completed and approved shifts.Traditionally, staffing agencies serve as the intermediary connecting these 2 sides, and charging on average 50-200% to do so. MedCurate closes this gap and replaces traditional staffing agencies by leveraging technology to save Money (at least 50%) and Maximize the “Gig” Economy by connecting healthcare providers and ASCs directly through our digital marketplace. Think Uber or match.com for healthcare staffing. Surgery Centers are an ideal partner, and we can't wait to partner with you.
